Must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and pass pre-employment skills testing. Packaging Machine Operator - At least 6 months previous experience operating production related machinery required in a high speed production or assembly environment. Experience working with high speed packaging machinery preferred. Team Leads - At least 6 months previous experience providing frontline leadership in a distribution or production environment. Must be capable of interpreting detailed and complex instructions and successfully communicate to a diverse team. Positions require previous specific mechanical, machinery or fork truck experience.
